PURPOSE:To improve an insulating property among coil parts and to meke it possible to make the coil small by incorporating a plural number of coils obtained by fixing insulating spacers on the internal and external circumferences of the partial coils in a metal mold by means of a supporting and fixing part provided on a set position. CONSTITUTION:A plural number (e.g., four) of partial coils 10a, 10b, 10c and 10d obtained by bonding insulating spacers 11 on the external and internal circumferences of a partial coil 10 wound like a disk shape or a cylindrical layer winding are incorporated into a mold 12 by means of a supporting and fixing part 15 such that intervals among the partial coils, an interval between the partial coil 10 and an upper mold 12a and an interval between the partial coil 10d and an lower mold 12d are in thickness corresponding to respective insulating strength of insulating layers formed by mold resin 13 to be injected. Next, after dried and treated, mold resin 13, e.g., epoxy resin and the like is injected and hardened. Hereby, insulating layers comprising only mold resin are formed among the partial coils, an excellent insulating property is obtained, and thereby it is possible to obtain a small coil and to reduce the cost.
