Abstract

PURPOSE:To stabilize characteristics at low humidity and high humidity, and produce photosensitive paper and recording paper of good aging characteristics by forming a precoated layer on paper surfaces then forming a prescribed conductive layer thereon. CONSTITUTION:A soln. or emulsion consisting essentially of a resin binder is coated on one or both surfaces of paper and is dried or a thin film consisting essentially of the binder is laminated, whereby a precoated layer is formed. Thereafter, a solvent which does not dissolve this precoated layer and a dispersion dispersed with an electron conductive material in a resin binder are coated thereon and are dried, whereby a conductive layer is formed.
