Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled compound useful as an insecticide, etc. in high yield at a high reaction rate without using a catalyst, by reacting a specific thiophosphoryl aminosulfenylamine with phosgene in the presence of an acid acceptor, etc., and reacting a specific oxime with the resultant reaction product.
CONSTITUTION: A thiophosphoryl aminosulfenylamine expressed by formula I [A is formula II (X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 and X6 are H, methyl or ethyl; k is 0 or 1), formula III (Y and Y1 are lower alkoxyl) ; R1 is lower alkyl or cycloalkyl; R2 is lower alkyl] is reacted with phosgene in the presence of an acid acceptor, e.g. triethylamine, and a solvent, e,g. dimethyl ether, and the resultant product is then reacted with an oxime expressed by formula IV (R3 and R4 are lower alkyl) in the presence of an acid acceptor to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula V.
