Abstract

PURPOSE: To control the generated pressure correctly in the set target value by fixing a drive screw spirally to a ram type piston body and making a feedback of the discharge pressure to an electric motor to drive the drive screw.
CONSTITUTION: A drive screw 8 is spirally fitted to a screw hole 13 on the lid part 12 of ram type piston body 7, an electric motor is connected to the drive screw 8, while a pressure detector 3 is arranged in discharge pipe 14, and output from the pressure detector 3 is connected to pressure controller 1 to make a feedback to amplifier 2 which controls the electric motor 4. Thus, when the pressure in the discharge pipe 14 and the set target pressure are in accord, the generated pressure is enabled to be controlled in the set target value because the electric motor 14 stops to suspend supply of the pressurized oil.
