Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an enclosed type noiseless mixer by providing an oil pressure cylinder to the upper end of the hopper, through which materials to be mixed are supplied, of the mixer and vertically moving a floating weight by oil pressure. CONSTITUTION:An oil pressure cylinder 30 is provided to the upper end of a hopper through which materials to be mixed are supplied, and a vertically movable piston rod 32 is provided inside the oil pressure cylinder 30 in which oil pressure chambers 33 and 34 are formed. Also, a fixed piston 41 is provided inside the cylinder 30 and inserted into a hole 40 provided in the movable piston 32 to form the third oil pressure chamber 43. Oil is supplied into and discharged from the oil pressure chambers 33, 34, and 43 and the floating weight is vertically controlled by means of oil pressure thus obtained.
