When the piston is lowered slightly from the upper dead point, the valve hole 9b is closed by the valve 10a and the operational space 15 is isolated from the valve chamber 9. Hereby the gas pressure of the operational space 15 is decreased in accordance with a movement of the piston 6. When the piston is further lowered, the communication hole 8 is faced in turn to connecting holes 12-14 on the output side, and thereby low pressures P1-P3 may be taken out in turn from each of the holes 12-14.
