CONSTITUTION:A vertically movable cylinder 40 is provided inside a fixed cylinder 30 provided at the upper end of a hopper through which materials are supplied and then connected to a floating weight. Also, oil pressure chambers 43 and 44 are formed above and below a fixed piston inside the movable cylinder 40, and the third oil pressure chamber 33 is formed above the movable piston 31 inside the fixed cylinder 30. And, oil is supplied into and discharged from the oil pressure chambers 33, 43, and 44, and the floating weight is vertically controlled by means of oil pressure thus obtained.
