Abstract
PURPOSE:To greatly increase the mechanical strngth of a gap part, by extending a nonmagnetic film on the side of a coil winding hole which is adjacent to a front gap, and making an alloy magnetic material adhere onto its upper surface and the whole surface of a hole wall of the winding hole. CONSTITUTION:Nonmagnetic films 14, 15 which are nonadhesive are made to stick, onto the adhering surfaces of core block half bodies 12, 13 which are long in the thickness direction, so that their lower end parts reach a coil winding groove 16, and after that, by using a brazing material 18 which has been inserted into a hole 17 of a rear gap part 4, the block half bodies 12, 13 are heated and melt-welded at its melting point or so. Subsequently, said bodies are sliced to a prescribed thickness of a core, a copper film 19 and a tin film 20 are made to stick in order, and after that, an unnecessary metallic film is removed by grinding both sides of a core chip. Subseuquently, said block is brought to heat treatment at a temperature which is lower than an adhering temperature by the brazing material 18, is made to adhere by mutually diffusing a metallic film on the side in a coil winding hole 3, on the boundary surface of the core materials 12, 13 and the film 19, and also on the boundary surface of both the films 19, 20.
