Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate crosstalks completely and form clear pictures by forming a light shield layer on an incident window along a boundary which tends to divide the photoelectric face. CONSTITUTION:A light shield layer 33 is provided between a portion 31 and a portion 32 of a light incident window. The light shield layer 33 is made of the brown glass, and is formed by dividing the plate glass which is the material for the incident window into two in a straight line, inserting between them the glass with the same expansion and a thickness of 1mm., and binding them together with the shape fixed and heated at the melting temperature of the glass or higher. Concave faces on which photoelectric faces 41, 42 are formed are subsequently heated and pressed by a press mold or are abraded by the abrasives for the formation.
