CONSTITUTION:An audio signal containing a program data which has been read out from a magnetic tape is inputted to an interface part 2, is converted to a digital data, and is supplied to a CPU3 of a computer, etc. And, whether a read-out signal corresponds to ''1'' or ''0'' or not is discriminated by a double decimal counter 8, it is stored in a buffer register 13 in accordance with a read clock signal from the CPU3, data length of 1 word is counted by a word counter 19, and after that, a data length of 1 word is read out and outputted from the register 13. Accordingly, it is possible to change to LSI easily by a simple circuit configuration, and also a processing efficiency of the CPU3 is also elevated.
