The capacitor 10 is charged through the series circuit of the base-emitter equivalent rasistance of the TR1 and a resistance 5 and discharged through a resistance 8, a DC power source, a resistance 4, a diode 3, and the resistance 5. A projection period is nearly determined by the capacitor 10 and resistance 8, and a pulse width is determined by the capacitor 10, the resistance 5, and the emitter-base equivalent resistance of the TR1.
