Abstract

PURPOSE:To arrange two electrodes on the surface and to prevent the occurrence of disconnection in the electrode connection part, by connecting the electrodes, which are taken out from the sealing part on the back of a quartz resonator unit, through a notched recess part of a quartz resonator with a frame.
