Abstract
PURPOSE: To stabilize operation of a wind-mill by installing the first anemometer which immediately responds to the wind speed and the second anemometer which has the characteristic approximate to the response of a wind-mill for the wind, and selecting use of anemometers according to the wind speed.
CONSTITUTION: The first anemometer 8 which immediately responds to the wind speed and the second anemometer 8' which is equipped with the characteristic approximate to the response of a wind-mill for the wind are connected to a load selector 6 through a selector 11. When the wind speed decreases, the electric signal of the first anemometer 8 is used, and when the wind speed increases, the electric signal of the second anemometer 8' is used, and the load for the wind-mill is controlled. Therefore, load can be added gradually according to rising of the speed of the wind-mill, and the wind-mill can be driven stably.
