Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance the heat efficiency by dividing a carturettor of an internal combustion engine to the primary side and secondary side carburettors, pivoting throttle levers for these component carburettors with potential of interlocking motion, and thereby making the fuel finer particles.
CONSTITUTION: A carburettor of an internal combustion engine is divided to the primary side carburettor 8 and secondary side carburettor 9; the latter is installed adjacent to a suction valve 3. A jacket 12 is installed to heat the suction passage 11 on the primary side. The primary side throttle valve 16 and secondary side throttle valve 17 are adjusted with a link device 26 to urge to make the fuel finer particles and thereby to have an even distribution to cylinders. Thus generation of swirl is promoted and the combusting speed is raised, that will stabilize the combustion and enhance the heat efficiency.
