Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide sure ignition and accelerate combustion speed, by directing an outlet of an auxiliary suction passage bypassing a throttle valve to the spark gap of an ignition plug along the rotational direction of suction swirl.
CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary suction passage 3 bypassing a throttle valve is set to a main suction passage 1 of an internal combustion engine. An outlet 3' of the auxiliary suction passage 3 is formed almost flat with the wall of the main suction passage 1 and directed to the spark gap of an ignition plug 5 along the rotational direction of suction swirl.
