CONSTITUTION:A liquid crystal is filled in a liquid crystal display cell consisting of a pair of glass substrates 61, 62 and an outside circumferential sealant 63 through its injection port 64. The cell is heated and a constant amount of the liquid crystal is allowed to overflow therefrom, after which an epoxy adhesive agent is coated and the heating is ceased to cool the cell. The sealant 65 is sucked and introduced into the cell. Thereby airtightness and merchandise value are improved.
