Abstract
PURPOSE: To construct solidified ground layers ecomonically by injecting superhigh- pressure water and air from the upper nozzle of a grout pipe consisting of vertically movable pipe so as to crush and remove a portion of the ground and also injecting a hardening agent from the nozzle of the top.
CONSTITUTION: A triple grout pipe 1 is held by means of the chuck of an elevating member 9 provided to a towery framework 11, fresh water and air are supplied into the grout pipe 1, and the grout pipe 1 is lowered while being turned, whereupon high-pressure water injected from a nozzle 5 and high-pressure air jetted from a nozzle 6 adjacent to the nozzle 5 crush the ground and, while the crushed viscous soil is removed by the lifting action of flowing water, a grout pipe 1 is penetrated. When a given depth is reached, the injection of fresh water is switched to the injection of a hardening agent from a nozzle 3, and the hardening agent is injected while lifting the grout pipe 1 to construct a solidified ground layer.
