Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of voids and syneresis in the ground and hardened layer in order to form a stable hardened layer under the ground by a method in which water glass and a suspendible hardener are injected under the ground and then water glass and a soluble hardener are injected under the ground. CONSTITUTION:While injecting water into an inner pipe 2 and then jetting it from an injection port 11, the ground is excavated by a bit, and then water is switched to water glass and suspendible hardener is supplied into a pathway consisting of the inner pipe 2 and an intermediate pipe 4. And, they are injected from injection nozzles 8 and 9 while turning an injection pipe 1. The injection is temporarily stopped, and a soluble hardener is injected only in a fixed amount from an injection nozzle 10 and then stopped. Furthermore, while injecting water glass and the suspendible hardener, the injection pipe 1 is raised within a fixed range while being turned. The operations are orderly repeated and the injection is intermittently performed.
