Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A high-pressure water and air are sent through hoses 7 and 8 into a rod 1 and then jetted from the nozzles 12 of upper and lower rotary disks 13, and the rod 1 is inserted down to a given depth while being turned. when the rod 1 reaches a given depth, the supply of the high-pressure water and air from the lower rotary disk is stopped and the two substances for the lower rotary disk nozzle are switched to a grout. Then, the grout is sent under pressure to the rod 1 through a hose 9 as soon as the high-pressure water and water are jetted from the upper rotary disk, and the grout is jetted in a cycloid state from the nozzle 12. Thus, the grout can be completely stirred and mixed with soil while suppressing the ascending of the lower jet stream by the upper jet stream.
