Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplishing vertical driving of the body of an apparatus into the water bottom without being affected by waves and undulation of the subsoil by guiding thereof with a guide device in solidifying the poor subsoil layer on the water bottom.
CONSTITUTION: After a marine working platform 10 is positioned on the water bottom 11, a spud 34 is driven into the poor subsoil layer from the first working platform 15. With the spud 34 as a guide, a guide girder 37 is lowered down and set up on the water bottom horizontally. A guide device 36 is supported with the guide girder 37. Guided by the device 36, the body 22 of the solidifying apparatus is vertically driven into the poor soil layer on the water bottom. Then, a hardening agent liquid is injected into the layer from the solidifying apparatus body.
