Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent a surface soil from slipping down in a sludge state, by a method wherein, in a method for driving a structure material into an inclining rock bed by hardnessing of water jet (Wj), water, produced resulting from the water jet, is drained at a placed positioned far away from a spot where the structure material is driven.
CONSTITUTION: Before a structure material 3, consisting of driving pile, is driven into a rock bed, a sheath pipe 7, made of a steel pipe, is driven until its lower end reaches the rock bed 1. The structure material 3 is driven into the sheath pipe 7 by means of a vibrating hammer. During the driving process, a large amount of water is jetted as a water jet through a water jet pipe 5, but the water is raised at the inside of the sheath pipe 7. The water, stored in the sheath pipe 7, is drained outside at least a range where there is a fair chance for a slip of a surface soil 2. As a result, the surface soil 2 on the rock bed 2 can be prevented from sliding down in a sludge state.
