Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a stable large piezo-resonator having almost no generation of discharge breakdown when it is polarized by a method wherein a composite being substituted a part of Pb by Ca is used. CONSTITUTION:At the foundamental composition of (Pb1-aCaa)[(Me1/3Nb2/3)x. Ti1-x]O3 (provided that Me is either one kind of Ni or Co), x and a are set as x= 0.01-0.10. a=0.05-0.35. To manufacture this piezoelectric oxide material, raw material oxides of PbO, TiO2, CaCO3, MnCO3, NiO, Fe2O3, Nb2O5, CoO, etc., for example, are mixed to obtain a modified powder. After this modified powder is pressed to form, it is burnt.
