Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve heat recovery rate, by preheating organic solid matter with moving hot water and then dehydrating by heating it with steam.
CONSTITUTION: A plularity of consecutive pressure vessels A1WAi are fieled with organic solid matter and closed tightly. They are connected with each other by opening valves B1WBi-2 and the organic solid matter is preheated with high-pressure hot water. Subsequently, at the same time when steam is fed into a vessel A1, a valve Bi-1 is opened to connect a vessel Ai-1 with a vessel Ai and hot water in a vessel A1 is forced out into a downstream vessel A2-i.
