Abstract

PURPOSE: To effectively and highly treat water containing a fluoride ion, by producing sediments under the presence of a magnesium ion and by separating the sediments.
CONSTITUTION: At the first process, a crude water is introdiced to the first reaction tank 1 from a crude water pipe 5, and pH of the crude water is adjusted to 5W8.5 under a condition where calcium ions and/or aluminium ions exist. When pH of the crude water is adjusted, sediments are prodiced. The reacted liquid in the first reaction tank 1 is separated into a solid and a liquid in a precipitation tank 2. The sediment thus obtained is discharged to the outside of the process line through a sludge discharging pipe 8, and the supernatant liquid is introduced into the second reaction tank 3. At the second process, pH of the liquid introdiced from the first process is adjusted to ≥9.5 under the presence of magnesium ions and sediments are produced. The reacted liquid in the second reaction tank 2 is separated into a solid and a liquid in a precipitation tank 4. The supernatant liquid is discharged to the outside of the system through a treat water pipe 11 and a neutralization treatment is performed on the liquid if necessary. The sediments are returned to the first reaction tank 1 through a returning pipe 12 in the third process.
