An FF33 generates an output (d) in every time when a detecting pulse is inputted from any one of the detecting coils 16, 17 and turns off any one of transistors (TR) Q1 and Q2 in accordance with the output status of the FF34. In time constant circuits 54, 55, the one connected to the TR on the off side is actuated and, when the output level reaches the voltage dividing level of resistances 46, 47, turns off a TRQ3 and restores the FF33. A D type FF35 reads out the output (c) at the fall of the output (d) of the FF33 and transfers the read signal as an output (e).
