Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a concrete-steel pipe composite pile having a high strength and an uniform inside diameter and enabling auger machine to be used properly without any trouble by a small-size manufacturing apparatus in which an expandible concrete is packed into the inner and outer pipes of a double steel pipe, consolidated and hardened. CONSTITUTION:The one end opening of concentrically set inner and outer steel pipes 1 and 2 is closed by a ringed end wall plate 4, concrete 3 is packed into the steel pipes 1 and 2, and the other end opening is closed by a ringed end wall plate 4. Since the pile has an uniform inside diameter, an auger machine can be used properly without any trouble. Also, since the pile has a high strength, the size of the diameter can be reduced and also the pile can be driven by a small driving force.
