Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a concrete-steel pipe composite pile having an uniform inside diameter and a high strength at low cost by a small-size manufacturing apparatus in which concrete cylindrical pieces are fitted into the outer and inner pipes of a double steel pipe and then a grout is injected into the apertures between the steel pipe and the concrete cylindrical pieces and between the concrete cylindrical pieces. CONSTITUTION:Plural concrete cylindrical pieces 2 are fitted into inner and outer steel pipes 1 and 5, and a grout is injected into apertures and joints between the inner steel pipe 1 and the concrete cylindrical pieces 2, the outer steel pipe 5 and the concrete cylindrical pieces 2, and the concrete cylindrical pieces, whereby the steel pipes and the concrete cylindrical pieces are integrally combined with each other to form a composite pile having a high strength. Also, since the composite pile has an uniform inside diameter throughout, an auger machine can be employed properly without any trouble.
