PURPOSE:To manufacture a concrete-steel pipe composite pile having a high strength by a method in which concrete cylindrical pieces having small holes through which PC steel materials are pierced are fitted into the inner and outer pipes of a double steel pipe, and a grout is injected into the apertures between the steel pipe and the concrete cylindrical pieces and between the concrete cylindrical pieces and then a prestress is applied. CONSTITUTION:Plural concrete cylindrical pieces 2 are fitted into inner and outer steel pipes 1 and 7, and then a grout is injected into joints and apertures between the inner steel pipe 1 and the concrete cylindrical pieces 2, the outer steel pipe 7 and the concrete cylindrical pieces 2, and the concrete cylindrical pieces 2. Then, a prestress is applied through PC steel materials pierced through the concrete cylindrical pieces, whereby the steel pipes and the concrete cylindrical pieces are integrally combined with each other to form a composite pile having a high strength. Since the composite pile has an uniform inside diameter, an auger machine can be used properly without any trouble.
