Abstract
PURPOSE:To activate selectively a product term line and to facilitate an inspection of an array, by forming a programmable logic array with AND and OR arrays and storing in parallel with the inspection outputs of the AND array. CONSTITUTION:An AND array 1 of a logical integrated circuit is formed with a programmable diode matrix, and an OR array 2 is also formed with a programmable diode matrix, respectively. The input logical value is applied to the array 1 through input signal lines 501-503, and an AND is extracted through output signal lines 101-104 to be fed to a logical gate group 3 which switches the input signal to the array 2. Switching of the group 3 is controlled by a clock sent from a signal line 410 and stored previously in a register 4. The AND which passed through the group 3 is stored in the register 4, and just one of product term lines 301-304 to be fed to the array 2 is activated. Thus an inspection of the array 2 is facilitated.
