Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to realize an arbitrary logical equation with less number of product terms, by providing the drive circuit which can set the function of logical affirmation and logical negation arbitrarily between the product array and the sum array in advance. CONSTITUTION:The product array 1 and the sum array 2 are respectively constituted with the diode matrix programmable, and the two value input lines 101, 102... 103 form the two value input signal line to the logic IC and the product array 1. The drive circuits 31,32... 33 respectively select either one of the logical affirmation or negation of the product term signals 301,302... 303 of the array 1 to output and setting can be made so that it can be the two value input signal of the array 2. Thus, arbitrary logical equation can be realized in the product term with less number of sets.
