Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the inspection of a microcomputer simple and in high speed, by providing two address counters and two control storage sections, supplying a microinstruction through one system to a decoder and taking another system as the supply source of data. CONSTITUTION:An output of the 1st and 2nd micro address counters 308 and 315 is respectively inputted to an emiluation control storage section 309 and a check control storage section 314, and one of the outputs of both the storage sections is selected by a multiplexer M313 and inputted to a microinstruction decoder 312. When a control signal 317 is in off-state, the M313 selects the storage section 309 for normal emiluation. When the signal 317 is at on-state, the M313 selects the storage section 314 and a logical circuit 320 transmits a signal 318 to a signal 319. A counter 314 is operated as 1-bit counter, the addresses of the storage section 314 are at 0 or 1 only, and the contents of the main storage address register 302 are increased every time the address 0 and address 1 are executed once, and consecutive addresses of the storage section 309 are stored to a main storage device 301 and inspected.
