Abstract

CONSTITUTION:An insulative supporting rod 19 made of the glass frit having circular cross-section is arranged through the groove section 181 provided along the vertical axis of a display between each electrode hole sections 18a of the second control electrode group 18 while a planar acceleration electrode 20 having the groove section 201 at the corresponding section while provided with the hole section 20a for passing the electron beam is provided on said supporting rod 19.
