Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a sure and high-reliability controlling system for apparatus such as an electric dust collector utilizing corona discharge, by providing a means which controls the load current in accordance with the ripple content rate of the voltage generated between both ends of a smoothing capacitor. CONSTITUTION:A divided voltage Vd of a power source voltage Vp is supplied to an impedance converter 39, and an output voltage Vc is supplied to a sample holding circuit 41, and a sampling command signal Sc is supplied from a CPU43 to sample the voltage Vc. An output voltage Vs is supplied to the CPU43 through an A/D converter 47, and a digital signal Sd from the CPU43 passes through a D/A converter 49 and is inputted to a phase controller 51, and an ignition signal 53 corresponding to the phase generated to ignite a thyristor 31. Thus, the ignition angle of the thyristor 31 is changed in accordance with a signal Ss, which is sampled at every proper interval of time, to control optionally the load current according to the change of the power source voltage Vp.
