Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform high-efficiency and less-energy conpumption for dust collection by finding the minimum value of a supply voltage and the mean value of a supply current by inputting instantaneous values of the supply voltage and supply current to an arithmetic control circuit, and controlling a thyristor so that no reverse electrolytic dissociation is caused with the minimum value of the supply voltage and the mean value of the supply current.
CONSTITUTION: An A/D converter 33 fetches a current supply voltage value V, and an A/D converter 34 measures a current supply current value I; and they are inputted to a CPU31, which selects a minimum value among the supply voltages to calculate the mean value of the supply current. The minimum value of the supply voltage and the mean value of the supply current are compared with the minimum value of a supply voltage and the mean value of a supply current set in a memory 32 in advance, with which no reverse electrolytic dissociation is caused. Then, they are outputted to a D/A converter 35, which controls a tyristor 11 so that said reference relation is held.
