Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the responsiveness eliminating dead time at switching by generating an ignition pulse at a time when the armature voltage and the power source voltage are equal after it is calculated, when a thyristor 3-phase inversely parallel inverter is switched in the operation mode. CONSTITUTION:In an equipment designed to control the feed of power to a D.C. motor 11 through a digital control of a thyristor 3-phase inversely parallel inverter 14, when an operation switching signal comes from a command speed generator circuit 17, first, the thyristor firing angle of the inverter 14 is minimized. Then, when confirming that the current of an armature is zero, a current detector 13 lets a digital control section 22 generate an operation switching signal. The maximum value Vm of an armature voltage Ea and a 3-phase A.C. voltage Vac undergoes an A/D convertion to calculate the time when the values Ea and Vac are equal or the contents of the memory previously computed are read out to generate a firing pulse at the time thus obtained.
