Abstract

PURPOSE: To widen an inphase input voltage range, by operating an MOSFET whose gate electrode is connected to each input terminal, by higher potential and lower potential than the supplied electric power source potential, by its threshold voltage.
CONSTITUTION: MOSFETs 21, 22 and 23, 24 are electrically matched, respectively, and the MOSFET 21 connects the drain electrode, the gate electrode and the source electrode to an electric power source 30, a control terminal and an output terminal 28. respectively. Also, the MOSFET 22 connects the drain electrode, the gate electrode and the source electrode to the electric power source 30, the control terminal and a terminal 29, respectively.
