Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce an output resistance and to increase the voltage gain, by applying a negative feedback to a common source circuit of an output circuit and constituting an input circuit as a cascode amplifying circuit.
CONSTITUTION: An input signal VIN is inputted to a gate of an MOSFET 14 operated as a common source circuit. The drain electrode of the MOSFET 14 is connected to the source electrode of an MOSFET 20 operated as a common gate circuit fixed with the gate by a bias power supply VB. That is, the MOSFETs 14, 20 are operated as a cascode amplifying circuit. Since the negative feedback by the source follower of an MOSFET 13 is not affected on the input MOSFET 14, the voltage gain by the MOSFET 14 is increased.
