Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a high-efficiency amplifying circuit using MOSFET, by using resistances instead of drain-source saturation preventing Zener diodes of output-stage MOSFET. CONSTITUTION:Intead of drain-source saturation preventing Zener diodes of output-stage MOSFET10 and MOSFET11 of a high-efficient amplifying circuit using MOSFETs, resistances 20 and 21 are connected. Then, MOSFET10 and MOSFET 11 can be prevented from saturating by adequately setting resistance values of those resistances 20 and 21. As a result, the arrival of a positive signal decreases the drain source voltage of FET10, and the drain current of FET12 also decreases, lessening the loss of FET. On arrival of a negative signal, the same effect can be obtained. Therefore, the lessening of the loss provides the improvement of the efficiency.
