Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize the hearing aid less in distortion and low in power consumption, by feeding back from the common collector of PNP and NPN bipolar transistors to C-MOS inverter. CONSTITUTION:The output of the C-MOS inverter 31 is connected to the gate of P and N channel MOSFET 32, and the drain of FET 32 is connected to the base of PNP and NPN bipolar transistors Tr33 and 34. Further, the resistor 37 is inserted between the drains of FET 32 and feedback is made via the resistor 36 from the common collector of Tr33 and 34 to the gate input terminal of the inverter 31. Thus, the hearing aid less in distortion and low in power consuption can be realized.
