Abstract

PURPOSE:To control an opening and closing valve between a hose and a faucet automatically by the operation of a cock within reach by a method wherein a stop valve opening and closing in accordance with the output of a detecting means for a water pressure or a water flow amount is provided in a water reservoir. CONSTITUTION:When the faucet 1 and the cock 4 within reach are in a condition that they are opened, a flap 7 is being pivoted downward by te gravity thereof or the water flow and a switch 12 is being put ON, therefore, a coil 13 is conducted through a control circuit 15, the stop valve 5 is being opened, water flows into the hose 3 through the stop valve 5 and a sprinkling work may be effected. When the cock 4 within reach is closed, the water flow is stopped and, therefore, the flap 7 in the still water is pivoted upward to put the switch 12 OFF by the buoyancy of itself and the force of a spring provided on a pivoting shaft 16, thereby closing the stop valve 5 also.
