Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically sample a constant amount of oil at an adequate point of time during the operation of a machine, by forming an oil passage which extends from a hydraulic line to an oil sampling bottle through an electromagnetic changeover valve and the valve rod of a bottle holding body, and providing a float valve which chokes the outlet when the specified quantity is attained. CONSTITUTION:When an electromagnetic changeover valve 2 is opened by the control signal from a mechanism 8 which integrates the actual operation time of an operating machine, the pressurized oil from a hydraulic line 1 is introduced into an oil sampling bottle 5 through an intake port 45, a relay port 60, an oil introducing passage 59, and an outlet port 61 successively. When the level of oil in the oil sampling bottle 5 reaches a float valve 64, this float valve starts moving up and when the amount of the oil reaches a certain value, the outlet port 61 is closed. At an adequate point of time, a valve rod 57 is lowered together with the oil sampling bottle 5 by the tensile force of a spring 62 to put the relay port 60 in a shaft hole 58, and thus the pressurized oil is not discharged from the outlet port 61 even if the float valve 64 moves down before the bottle 5 is detached.
