Abstract

PURPOSE: To make quantitative liquid feed secure and easy by supplying and measuring a liquid in a measuring chamber with opening at its top, by applying pressure to the liquid level in the measuring chamber with compressed air after stopping the supply of the liquid, and then by sending the liquid from the bottom of the measuring chamber through a sending passage until the liquid disappears from the measuring chamber and sending passage.
CONSTITUTION: With switch 30 depressed, pump 5 is put into operation to open solenoid valve Sol.V1, thereby supplying a liquid from liquid tank 4 to liquid supply chamber 2 by way of duct 6. Once measuring chamber 1 is filled with the liquid entering from the opening part of measuring chamber 1, liquid-level detector 29 detects that to stop the liquid supply by closing solenoid valve Sol.V1 and also to return the liquid in liquid supply chamber 2 to tank 4 via duct 6 by opening solenoid valve Sol.V2. After the detector detects the end of the measurement, solenoid valves Sol.V2 and Sol.V3 are closed. With switch 30 depressed, solenoid valves V3WV6 are closed to send compressed air from the pressure tank to supply chamber 2 via duct 11, so that the liquid will be sent out via duct 12.
