CONSTITUTION:A steel pipe pile 12 tipped with a steel plate reinforcing ring 13 is vertically set and held on a rock bed 10, a middle-excavating dead weight 21 having a through hole 24 and vertically moving in contact with a discharge pipe 23 is vertically moved inside the steel pipe pile 12 by a rope 25 to perform excavation by its falling force.
