Abstract

With pressurized water jetted through a jet nozzle 12 at an excavating time, earth and sand positioned in the direction of the cutter end of the bucket 1 is excavated by a water jet action. As a result, a cutting-into force of the cutter end of the grab bucket 1 is promoted to strengthen the excavation power of the grab bucket 1.
