Abstract
PURPOSE:To construct an embankment, being very deep in water, at an inexpensive cost and for short time, by a method wherein a lower part of a form is pushed into a cobble stone mound, a steel sheet cell is coupled to the upper part thereof, and the steel sheet is filled therewith. CONSTITUTION:A steel form 6 is placed in a spot-levelling 8 of a cobble stone mound 7, and is pushed into the cobble stone mount 7 by the use of a working barge for charging crushed stone. A steel sheet cell 1, whose flange 9 and a flange 19 of the steel form 6 are coupled together by means of bolts and nuts, is filled with a filling material 3 such as crushed stone and cobble stone.
