Abstract
PURPOSE:To form an annular magnet having high generating capacity by using inexpensive ferrite by annularly arranging circular-arc-shaped pole pieces magnetized in thicknesswise direction and integrally solidifying synthetic resin between V-shaped gaps among the pole pieces and both end faces of the annular unit. CONSTITUTION:Anisotropic magnet piece 1 made of ferrite magnet is pressed in the thicknesswise direction in parallel magnetic field of the thicknesswise direction to provide anisotropy of the thicknesswise direction. Both end faces 1a, 1b of the piece 1 is formed in parallel with the magnetic field. A plurality of such magnet pieces 1 are employed, annularly arranged so that the inner peripheral surfaces form a cylindrical surface, and an annular unit 3 is formed. V-shaped gap 2 formed between the end faces of the pieces 1 and both end faces of the annular unit are integrated with synthetic resin to form a synthetic resin holder 4, and an anisotropic annular magnet 5 is formed. In this manner, high generating capacity can be obtained with inexpensive ferrite.
