CONSTITUTION:Relative arrangement between a ring magnet 10 and a magnetized yoke 11 is taken so that a radisur of a yoke head 11a in a magnetized yoke 11 may be smaller than a radius R of a ring magnet 10 and a radial length of the yoke head 11a may be nearly equal to a diameter of the ring magnet 11. Magnetization is performed after insertion of the magnetized yoke 11 into the inner side of the ring magnet 10.
