CONSTITUTION:The electromagnetic coil 1 is wound around the center part of the outside circumference of the cylindrical body 3 consisting of a non-magnetic material of aluminum or stainless steel, etc., and the movable core 2 provided with a plunger 4 is positioned transferably in the cylindrical body 3 thereof. Cylindrical cap type casings 5, 6 consisting of a magnetic material and having the inside diameter the same with the cylindrical body 3 are connected to be fixed to both the sides of the cylindrical body 3, and the plunger 4 is made to protrude to the outside penetrating the casing 5 on one side. Moreover the permanent magnets 7, 8 are fixed to the inside end faces of the casings 5, 6 facing with the end faces of the core 2. Accordingly transference of the movable core can be performed rapidly and swiftly.
