Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:The pyrazole derivative of formulaI(R1 is H, lower alkyl, aralkyl, lower alkoxycarbonylalkyl, etc.; dotted line represents ▵2,4 double bond when R1 is substituted to 1-position, and represents ▵3,5 double bond when R1 is substituted to 2-position; R2 is H, OH, etc.; R3 is H, OH, etc.; R4 is H, lower alkyl, aryl, etc.; provided that when R2 is OH, then R1 is a group substituted to 2-position, the dotted line is ▵3,5 double bond, and R4 is lower alkyl, etc.).
EXAMPLE: 5-n-Butyl-1,4,5,6-tetrahydrocyclopentapyrazole.
USE: Useful as a drug having blood platelet coagulation suppressing activity and antiphlogistic activity.
PROCESS: The compound of formulaIis prepared e.g. by reacting the cyclopentanone derivative of formula II (R5 and R6 are lower alkyl) with the hydrazine derivative of formula III (R1' is H or lower alkyl).
