Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the increase in dead band and hysteresis due to sliding friction and to increase the control accuracy, by fitting a bobbin wound with a moving coil with the use of a fitting stand having a plate spring and an alignment section. CONSTITUTION:A valve body 18 is provided with an inlet 19 of a fluid, a valve sheet 20, and an outlet 21 of the fluid, and also provided with grooves fitting a diaphragm 22 at the upper part, and the diaphragm 22 is clipped with a case 23 to constitute a governer. A magnetic circuit consisting of a permanent magnet 27 a bottom yoke 28, a top yoke 29 and a center yoke 30 is constituted at the upper part of the governer, a bobbin 33 wound with a coil 32 is inserted to an air gap 31 between the top yoke 29 and the center yoke 30, both the ends of the coil 32 are connected to two plate springs 34 and further connected to the terminal 37 via lead wires 35 and 36. The external end of the two plate springs 34 is tightened with a screw 39 to a fitting stand 38 made of an insulating material, and the stand 38 is tightened to the top yoke with a screw 40.
